Sayeda Silma Tamanina is a Barrister-at-Law of Hon’ble Society of Lincolns’ Inn; LL.B (Hons), University of Northumbria, UK; LLM specialising in Law, Governance and Development, School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), UK.
Ms. Silma is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She has worked as a pupil with Learned Senior Advocate Barrister Tufailur Rahman. Thereafter, she worked as an associate at Lex Counsel law firm from 2009 and has closely worked with numerous corporations and enterprises including BPDB, BDBL, RAJUK, REB, Chittagong Port Authority, GTCL, Petrobangla, BTRC, Biman etc. Ms. Silma also completed her High Court intimation under the supervision of Learned Senior Advocate Barrister M Zahir. At present, she practices before the High Court Division, Labour Appellate Tribunal, Civil, Criminal & Labour Courts. She is also currently working for numerous Banks, Companies as well as individual clients. Ms. Silma also holds extensive knowledge, academic qualification and experience on Arbitration, one of the pivotal branches of ADR and has dealt with various such cases. She is also an expert on Banking, Company, Foreign Investments in Bangladesh, Energy, Land and Environment matters.

Ali Jawad Khan is a Barrister-at-Law of Hon’ble Society of Lincolns’ Inn; LL.B (Hons), University of London, UK; LLM specialising in Professional Legal Skills, City University, London, UK.
Mr. Ali Jawad Khan is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Mr. Khan has work experience in the Chittagong District Court where he worked closely with renowned lawyer, Advocate Subhash Chandra Lala in the year 2009. Thereafter, he worked as an associate in Lex Counsel law firm from 2012 till 2015. Subsequently, he was a pupil of the ex- Attorney General of Bangladesh, Senior Advocate Mr. Mahbubey Alam and had the opportunity to handle many areas of law ranging from writ matters, appeals and reviews, criminal and civil litigation, company law, labour law, energy law, telecommunication law, corporate law, banking law and also has a vast experience in drafting various pleadings and complex contracts. Mr. Khan currently practices before the High Court Division, Labour Appellate Tribunal, Civil, Criminal & Labour Courts and specialises in finance, Banking, Company, commercial and Land matters.
